The present invention relates to a brake fluid pressure modulating mechanism for the hydraulically operated type hydraulic brake system mounted on the vehicle.
Generally, such brake fluid pressure modulating mechanism comprises a master cylinder, a power piston for modulating a brake fluid pressure in the master cylinder, a modulator assembly operatively connected with the power piston, a lever operatively connected with the modulator assembly and the power piston, and an operating mechanism for operating the lever.
One of the above prior art brake fluid pressure modulating mechanism is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 53-45086. In this known brake fluid pressure modulating mechanism, a modulator piston is coupled with the modulator assembly so as to divide a brake fluid chamber into a primary chamber and a secondary chamber. A parking valve is provided at a primary valve port which communicates the primary chamber with a reservoir chamber, and a secondary valve port which communicates the secondary 0b46394aab
